FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT CORN REFINING

Food and Industrial Corn Use - 1980 to Present

Corn refiners produce high fructose corn syrup, glucose, dextrose, starch and the majority of the fuel and beverage alcohol made from corn. Along with distillers and corn dry millers, they are responsible for the fastest growing demand for corn - America's largest farm product.
